Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 working days.
We ship all orders using Royal Mail.
Free shipping is available on all orders over £80
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or public holidays

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’re really sorry about that and we’ll make it right.
Please contact us as soon as possible at cplatt@trevose-gc.co.uk with details of the damage. Once confirmed, we will process a return shipping label for you so the item can be sent back to us at no cost.
Returns & Size Exchanges
If you would like to return an item or swap sizes, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the item.

In original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
